Fair State is Minnesota's first cooperatively-owned craft brewery. Their mission is to bring a collective perspective to the craft beer community by forging new connections between beer drinkers and the actual industry of brewing.  Fair State brings an energy and culture to Central Ave that is positive and contagious. Plus their beer is delicious.

TENANT - Aki's BReadHaus

Aki’s BreadHaus is a family owned German bakery creating delicious coffee, breads, pastries, rolls, and pretzels. Aki is a former cabinet maker who immigrated to the United States in 2000 and soon found he missed the baked goods he grew up with. Since 2010, he has been working to bring back memories, the taste and the smell of the freshly baked goods of his home country for all to share.
